Become the Master of your E.D?

What's Right with you is the starting point, What's wrong with you is beside the point.

I'm not about to tell you that I understand what you're going through because I don't have a penis that has been the centre of my world my entire life.  What I will tell you though is that it's very similar mindframe and issues that women deal with when going through menopause and the overpower sense of loss of who we think we are as a gender and what we have to offer a partner. 

My job isn't to fix you but to offer a non-judgemental approach to self acceptance.  Helping you see and love yourself just as you are.  I'm here to just touch you when you're tired of doing all the touching.  I'm here to offer healing alernatives and a place to speak freely and let go of any self deprecating beliefs you're holding on to and possibly offer you new insight to physical, mental of spiritual manefasting you're facing in this life journey.

The Right Kind of Exercise

Any exercise is essential for blood flow and cardio not only helps your heart, it helps your hormones and your penis.  Reduces your stress level will help with E.D.  However, exercises that focuses as a whole body,  mind, and spirit, I believe far outweighs doing one that focuses mainly on the physical . As the saying goes, pumping up the muscle, there may be a more direct way to target pumping  up the right muscle using ancient knowledge and practices.  The top exercises I suggest is Qigong or "Chi gong" and Yoga. 

I know many of you may not want to join class just yet but know there are great one on one instructors that can advise you in your own home or you can subscribe to Jonathan's Sexual Kungfu and he has some fantastice videos and workshops and is fully trained to offer individual instruction.

The right knowledge of exercises and removing wrong information such as doing kegals which does strengthen the pelic floor but it's not the right exercise for helping your phallic function.
